大專校院學生心理健康關懷量表 Attentive Inventory of Mental Health

各位同學好Hello everybody:

「大專校院學生心理健康關懷量表」可以幫助同學們了解自己近期的心理健康與生活適應狀態,請依照下列步驟註冊後進行線上測驗。每位同學只有一次施測的機會,請依照你目前真實的狀態作答,這樣測驗結果才值得參考。

“Attentive Inventory of Mental Health” is a psychological test for college students to recognize recently mental health situation. Please read the following guidelines to finish the test. 

 

 

 

一、 建議使用 Google Chrome 瀏覽器(電腦或手機皆可),並進入測驗頁面https://aimh.epc.ntnu.edu.tw/

二、請選擇「語言版本」:中文、英文或越南文。按頁面中間「開始填答」。

2. Choose the language version. Then press the green button “Start”.

三、填入「註冊資訊」(學校名稱、姓名、學號、密碼、電話、EMAIL),此頁資訊請務必確認無誤後送出。

3. Fill the form(School Name, Name, Student Number, Password...) to create an account.

四、閱讀「測驗同意書」,需圈選同意才能進行測驗,若點選不同意就會不能做測驗

五、基本資料主要為學校統計數據使用,請依實際狀況圈選後送出。請務必選擇正確的「學制」選項!

六、閱讀「填答教學」,若無疑問可按「開始作答」進行測驗。

6. Read the instructions and press the yellow button Start.

八、點選「觀看量表結果」,可閱讀簡單的結果說明文字,或看12個不同項目的適應狀況(紅黃綠燈)。

8. After you finish the test. Press the yellow button “Result”. You can read the description of overall result. Or check the RED/YELLOW/GREEN lights which present 12 dimentions of your mental health.

綠燈green light

整體感覺良好,近期沒有太高程度的心理困擾,對於困擾能夠自行調適或應付 。
The overall feeling is good, there is no high degree of psychological distress recently, and the distress can be adjusted or dealt with by oneself.

黃燈yellow light

正有一些心事困擾著你,讓你感到有些壓力,可能稍微超出負荷,建議近期找信任的人聊一聊。 
There is something on your mind that is bothering you, making you feel a little stressed, maybe a little bit overloaded! It is recommended that you talk to someone you trust in the near future.

紅燈red light

最近有重大的困擾讓你感到壓力,超出自己的負荷,靠近臨界點的你,建議盡快聯絡導師或學校諮輔中心。
If you have a major trouble recently that makes you feel pressure, exceed your own load, and you are close to the critical point, it is recommended to contact your advisor or the school counseling center as soon as possible.
