為掌握學生學習成效及其對本校教學與輔導工作的滿意度，並提供教學品質提升之關鍵數據支持，本校今年配合「社團法人臺灣評鑑協會」辦理「2025大專生學習成效與滿意度調查」活動。活動結束後，將對於參加學生進行抽獎。

登入與填答方式：
．以文藻校務資訊系統帳號密碼登入後，即可進入問卷填答網頁

．或掃描下方QR Code進行填答。

填答期間：即日起～2025年7月4日(五)23:59。

填答對象：
．五專學生（新生除外）。
．日四技及進四技學生（新生除外）。
．日二技及進二技學生（新生除外）。
．碩士班及碩專班所有學生。

獎勵辦法：
問卷填寫完成者將獲得抽獎資格，獎項包括：
．現金禮券800元（1名）
．現金禮券200元（10名）
．參加獎1名（禮品乙份）
得獎名單將透過學生個人Email通知並公告於研發處校務研究組網站。

To better understand students' learning outcomes and their satisfaction with Wenzao’s teaching and counseling services, Wenzao is participating in the "2025 Students' Learning Outcomes and Satisfaction Survey," organized by the Taiwan Assessment and Evaluation Association (TWAEA). Students who participate in the survey will have the opportunity to receive gift vouchers upon completing the survey.

Period of survey：From now until Friday, July 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

Participating students：
．Students of the 5-Year Junior College Program (excluding freshmen).
．Students of the 4-Year College Program (Day and Night divisions) (excluding     
    freshmen).
．Students of the 2-Year Junior College Program (Day and Night divisions) (excluding     
    freshmen).
．All students in the Master's and Part-time Programs.

Gift vouchers information：
．NT$800 gift voucher × 1 person.
．NT$200 gift vouchers × 10 people.
．A gift × 1 person.

The list of winners will be notified via email and announced on the official website of the Institutional Research Section, Office of Research and Development.
