登入方式：
*以本校校務資訊系統帳號密碼登入後，即可進入問卷入口  (https://web2.
 wzu.edu.tw/nsis/wenzao_common/index.php?c=login&act=login) 
 進行填答。
*掃描下方QR Code進行填答。

填答期間：即日起至2026年07月10日(五)23：59止。

填答對象：【以下皆為114學年度在學學生】
*五專部學生 (一年級除外)。
*日四技及進四技學生 (一年級除外)。
*日二技及進二技學生 (三年級除外)。
*碩士班及碩專班全體學生。
※ 請注意：114學年度入學之新生已於上學期參加過「2026全國大專新生學
    習適應調查活動」，本次無需填答。

獎勵辦法：
問卷填答完成者將獲得抽獎資格，獎項包括：
*7-11禮券1000元（1名）。
*7-11禮券800元（2名）。
*7-11禮券500元（3名）。
*7-11禮券200元（10名）。
獲獎同學將透過學校及個人Email通知，名單並將公告於學校官網及研發處校務研究組網站。

Period of survey：From now until Friday, July 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

Participating students【All are currently enrolled students in 114 Academic Year】：
*Students of the Five-Year Junior College Program (excluding first
  grade).
*Students of the Four-Year College Program (Day and Night divisions)
  (excluding first grade).
*Students of the Two-Year College Program (Day and Night divisions)
  (excluding third grade).
*All students in the Master's and Part-time Programs.
※(Participating students are excluded as they have already participated
   in the “2026 Freshmen Learning Adaptation Survey” last semester.)

Gift vouchers information：
*NT$1,000 gift voucher × 1 person.
*NT$800 gift voucher × 2 people.
*NT$500 gift voucher × 3 people.
*NT$200 gift voucher × 10 people.
The list of winners will be notified via email and announced on the official website of Wenzao and the Institutional Research Section, Office of Research and Development.
