【研究發展處】【校研組】填問卷、抽現金禮券：2027全國大專新生學習適應調查 Complete the survey to win vouchers! 2027 Freshmen Learning Adaptation Survey.

為使學校提供給更好的服務，本校今年配合「社團法人台灣評鑑協會（簡稱台評會）」辦理「2027全國大專新生學習適應調查」活動，請各位新生踴躍參與。活動結束後，將對於參加新生進行抽獎。

登入方式：以文藻校務資訊系統帳號密碼登入後，即可進入問卷填答網頁(https://web2.wzu.edu.tw/nsis/wenzao_common/index.php?c=login&act=login)及下方QR code進行填答。

填答期間：即日起至2027年1月8日(五) 23:59。

填答對象：
*五專新生。
*日四技及進四技新生。
*日二技及進二技新生。

獎勵辦法：
問卷填寫完成者將獲得抽獎資格，抽獎獎項及時間如下(將進行3次抽獎)：

一、第一階段（將於2026年11月23日發放）
  (一) 發放對象與名額：依系統填答時間，取最先完成問卷者前50名。
  (二) 獎項：參加獎-100元禮券* 50名。

二、第二階段（將於2026年12月21日發放）
  (一) 抽獎資格：截至2026年12月21日抽獎前，已完成問卷者(含第一階段獲得參加獎者)。
  (二) 獎項規劃：
     *1,000元禮券*2名。
     *500元禮券* 2名。
     *200元禮券*10名。

三、第三階段（將於2027年2月22日發放）
  (一) 抽獎資格：截至2027年1月8日調查結束，已完成問卷者(含第一階段獲得參加獎者、不含第
         二階段已得獎者)。
  (二) 獎項規劃：
     *1,500元禮券*1名。
     *500元禮券* 1名。
     *200元禮券*10名。

To help us better serve you, Wenzao is participating in the "2027 Freshmen Learning Adaptation Survey.", organized by the Taiwan Assessment and Evaluation Association (TWAEA). We warmly invite all new students to take part in this important initiative. Participants who complete the survey will be entered into a prize drawing!

Period of survey：From now to Friday, January 8, 2027, at 11:59 PM.

Participation is open to:
*Freshmen of the 5-Year Junior College Program.
*Freshmen of the 4-Year College Program (Day and Night divisions).
*Freshmen of the 2-Year College Program (Day and Night divisions).

Complete the survey to enter a drawing for the following prizes. The prizes and drawing schedule (3 draws in total) are as follows:

1. Phase 1 (Distributed on November 23, 2026)
    *Eligibility & Quota: The first 50 respondents to complete the survey, based on system
      completion timestamps.
    *Prize: Participation Award – NT$100 Gift Voucher × 50 winners.

2. Phase 2 (Distributed on December 21, 2026)
    *Eligibility: All respondents who complete the survey before the draw on December 21,
      2026 (including Phase 1 Participation Award winners).
    *Prizes:
      NT$1,000 Gift Voucher × 2 winners.
      NT$500 Gift Voucher × 2 winners.
      NT$200 Gift Voucher × 10 winners.

3. Phase 3 (Distributed on February 22, 2027)
    *Eligibility: All respondents who complete the survey before the survey period ends on
     January 8, 2027 (including Phase 1 Participation Award winners; excluding Phase 2
     prize winners).
    *Prizes:
      NT$1,500 Gift Voucher × 1 winner.
      NT$500 Gift Voucher × 1 winner.
      NT$200 Gift Voucher × 10 winners.

Winners will be notified via school and personal email. Results will also be announced on  
Wenzao homepage and the official website of the Institutional Research Section, Office of
Research & Development.
